Jedn\u00e1 se o fundament\u00e1ln\u00ed koncept rekrea\u010dn\u00edho pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00fd ur\u010duje bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 hranice pro ponory bez dekompresn\u00edch z\u00e1vazk\u016f. NDL vych\u00e1z\u00ed z fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1kon\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plyn\u016f v t\u011bln\u00edch tk\u00e1n\u00edch a jejich n\u00e1sledn\u00e9ho uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 hloubka m\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed NDL limit \u2013 \u010d\u00edm jste hloub\u011bji, t\u00edm je limit krat\u0161\u00ed. Haldane rozd\u011blil t\u011blo do hypotetick\u00fdch tk\u00e1\u0148ov\u00fdch kompartment\u016f, z nich\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed rychlost saturace a desaturace dus\u00edkem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompartmenty jsou definov\u00e1ny polo\u010dasem (half-time). Polo\u010das ud\u00e1v\u00e1 dobu, za kterou tk\u00e1\u0148 dos\u00e1hne 50 % saturace p\u0159i konstantn\u00edm tlaku. Po druh\u00e9m polo\u010dasu dos\u00e1hne 75 %, po t\u0159et\u00edm 87,5 % atd. Odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed krvi, mozku a nervov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni. B\u00fchlmann\u016fv model (pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd mnoha po\u010d\u00edta\u010di) m\u00e1 16 kompartment\u016f. PADI Recreational Dive Planner pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 zjednodu\u0161en\u00fd model. Standardn\u00ed NDL tabulky p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky a pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bk a fyzick\u00e1 kondice hraj\u00ed roli. Intenzivn\u00ed plav\u00e1n\u00ed urychluje cirkulaci a distribuci dus\u00edku. Po ponoru \u00fanava zpomaluje eliminaci dus\u00edku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dehydratace zahu\u0161\u0165uje krev a zhor\u0161uje transport plyn\u016f. Alkohol p\u0159ed nebo po ponoru m\u00e1 podobn\u00fd efekt. Doporu\u010duje se p\u00edt dostatek vody a vyvarovat se alkoholu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadmo\u0159sk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka po ponoru sni\u017euje okoln\u00ed tlak. Dus\u00edk v tk\u00e1n\u00edch m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed gradient pro tvorbu bublin. Lety do 24 hodin po ponoru jsou rizikov\u00e9. Umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd p\u0159estup krve z prav\u00e9 s\u00edn\u011b do lev\u00e9, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se obch\u00e1zej\u00ed pl\u00edce. Dus\u00edkov\u00e9 bubliny se tak mohou dostat p\u0159\u00edmo do arteri\u00e1ln\u00edho ob\u011bhu a zp\u016fsobit z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formy dekompresn\u00ed nemoci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edta\u010de a NDL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edta\u010de vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed NDL v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase na z\u00e1klad\u011b va\u0161eho aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho ponorov\u00e9ho profilu. Oproti tabulk\u00e1m maj\u00ed n\u011bkolik z\u00e1sadn\u00edch v\u00fdhod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010d\u00edta\u010d sleduje va\u0161i skute\u010dnou hloubku ka\u017edou sekundu. Pokud tr\u00e1v\u00edte \u010d\u00e1st \u010dasu v 25 m a \u010d\u00e1st v 20 m, po\u010d\u00edta\u010d to zohled\u0148uje. Nap\u0159\u00edklad pokud str\u00e1v\u00edte 10 minut ve 30 m a pak vystoup\u00edte na 20 m, tabulky v\u00e1m daj\u00ed NDL podle t\u011bch 30 m. Po\u010d\u00edta\u010d v\u0161ak v\u00ed, \u017ee v m\u011bl\u010d\u00ed hloubce se tk\u00e1n\u011b \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b desaturuj\u00ed, a prodlou\u017e\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 \u010das na dn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed dus\u00edk z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch ponor\u016f po\u010d\u00edta\u010d automaticky zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1. Pamatuje si profil v\u0161ech ponor\u016f za posledn\u00edch 24\u201348 hodin. Vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 skupinu opakovan\u00e9ho ponoru a upravuje NDL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed faktory lze nastavit. V\u011bt\u0161ina po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f nab\u00edz\u00ed m\u00f3dy jako &#8222;konzervativn\u00ed&#8220; nebo &#8222;agresivn\u00ed&#8220;. Konzervativn\u00ed m\u00f3d zkracuje NDL o 10\u201320 % pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed marg\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed a alarmy v\u00e1s varuj\u00ed. Po\u010d\u00edta\u010d p\u00edp\u00e1, kdy\u017e se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edte k limitu NDL (typicky 5 minut p\u0159ed dosa\u017een\u00edm). Pokud limit p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00edte, p\u0159ejde do dekompresn\u00edho m\u00f3du a zobraz\u00ed povinnou dekompresn\u00ed zast\u00e1vku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u016fzn\u00e9 algoritmy pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edta\u010de. B\u00fchlmann\u016fv algoritmus je b\u011b\u017en\u00fd. RGBM (Reduced Gradient Bubble Model) je konzervativn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a zohled\u0148uje mikrobublinky. VPM (Variable Permeability Model) pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jin\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k r\u016fstu bublin. V\u00fdsledn\u00e9 NDL se mohou li\u0161it o n\u011bkolik minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je pou\u017e\u00edvat jeden po\u010d\u00edta\u010d pro celou s\u00e9rii ponor\u016f. Pokud p\u0159epnete mezi po\u010d\u00edta\u010di s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi algoritmy, mohou vzniknout nesrovnalosti v rezidu\u00e1ln\u00edm dus\u00edku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opakovan\u00e9 ponory a rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed dus\u00edk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po ponoru va\u0161e tk\u00e1n\u011b obsahuj\u00ed v\u00edce dus\u00edku ne\u017e p\u0159ed ponorem. Tento rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed dus\u00edk se postupn\u011b vypou\u0161t\u00ed b\u011bhem povrchov\u00e9ho intervalu. Rychl\u00e9 kompartmenty se vypr\u00e1zdn\u00ed za hodiny, pomal\u00e9 kompartmenty za 12\u201324 hodin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud druh\u00fd ponor ud\u011bl\u00e1te, ne\u017e se tk\u00e1n\u011b pln\u011b desaturovaly, za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdchoz\u00ed saturac\u00ed. NDL pro druh\u00fd ponor je proto krat\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PADI pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 syst\u00e9m tlakov\u00fdch skupin (ozna\u010den\u00fdch p\u00edsmeny A\u2013Z). St\u00e1v\u00e1te se dekompresn\u00edm pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dem s povinnost\u00ed prov\u00e9st dekompresn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fd po\u010d\u00edta\u010d p\u0159ejde do dekompresn\u00edho m\u00f3du. Zobraz\u00ed povinnou dekompresn\u00ed zast\u00e1vku \u2013 obvykle hloubku (nap\u0159\u00edklad 3 m nebo 5 m) a \u010das (nap\u0159\u00edklad 5 minut).
