Jde o kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd parametr pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd pro v\u00fdpo\u010det dekompresn\u00edch limit\u016f, pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti ponoru a ur\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed rezidu\u00e1ln\u00edho dus\u00edku v t\u011bln\u00edch tk\u00e1n\u00edch. P\u0159esn\u00e1 definice \u010dasu na dn\u011b se li\u0161\u00ed mezi certifika\u010dn\u00edmi agenturami, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k nedorozum\u011bn\u00edm p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch tabulek nebo po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f. To zahrnuje cel\u00fd sestup, \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd na dn\u011b i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 m\u011bl\u010d\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti ponoru p\u0159ed v\u00fdstupem. Pokud d\u011bl\u00e1te bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed zast\u00e1vku na 5 m, bottom time kon\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e za\u010dnete stoupat ze dna sm\u011brem k zast\u00e1vce. Bottom time je celkov\u00e1 doba od vstupu pod hladinu do za\u010d\u00e1tku v\u00fdstupu. Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed zast\u00e1vka se nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 do bottom time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>US Navy definice<\/strong> je odli\u0161n\u00e1. Bottom time za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1, kdy\u017e dos\u00e1hnete hloubky nebo za\u010dne prvn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed f\u00e1ze ponoru. Kon\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e opust\u00edte tuto hloubku a za\u010dnete v\u00fdstup. Sestup se nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1. Podle US Navy definice je bottom time pouze 15 minut. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee US Navy tabulky by v\u00e1m daly del\u0161\u00ed NDL limit ne\u017e PADI tabulky pro stejn\u00fd skute\u010dn\u00fd ponor. Nem\u016f\u017eete m\u00edchat tabulky r\u016fzn\u00fdch agentur bez pochopen\u00ed t\u011bchto rozd\u00edl\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010dasu na dn\u011b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esn\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010dasu je z\u00e1kladem bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Po\u010d\u00edta\u010d zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 ka\u017edou sekundu ponoru a zobrazuje aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed bottom time. Po dosa\u017een\u00ed hladiny nebo m\u011blk\u00e9 hloubky (obvykle pod 1 m) po ur\u010ditou dobu (5\u201310 minut) ponor automaticky ukon\u010duje. V\u00fdhodou je p\u0159esnost, automatizace a integrace s v\u00fdpo\u010dty NDL. Nev\u00fdhodou je z\u00e1vislost na baterii a elektronice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee po\u010d\u00edta\u010d pamatuje i povrchov\u00e9 intervaly. Pokud vystoup\u00edte na hladinu na kr\u00e1tko (nap\u0159\u00edklad kv\u016fli probl\u00e9mu na lodi) a pak sestoup\u00edte znovu b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika minut, po\u010d\u00edta\u010d to po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 jako pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed stejn\u00e9ho ponoru. Bottom time se kumuluje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontrola \u010dasu pravideln\u011b b\u011bhem ponoru je dobr\u00fd n\u00e1vyk. Ka\u017ed\u00fdch 5\u201310 minut se pod\u00edvejte na \u010das a zkontrolujte NDL. Nenech\u00e1vejte se p\u0159ekvapit, \u017ee v\u00e1m do\u0161el \u010das.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Synchronizace s partnerem je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Ovliv\u0148uje, kolik dus\u00edku se nasyt\u00ed ve va\u0161ich tk\u00e1n\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezdekompresn\u00ed limity (NDL) jsou p\u0159\u00edmo z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na bottom time. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 hloubka m\u00e1 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00fd bottom time. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v 30 m je NDL p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 minut podle PADI tabulek. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 bottom time nesm\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010dit 20 minut, jinak mus\u00edte prov\u00e9st dekompresn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vztah nen\u00ed line\u00e1rn\u00ed. V m\u011bl\u010d\u00edch hloubk\u00e1ch m\u00e1te mnohem del\u0161\u00ed NDL. V 10 m je to p\u0159es 3 hodiny. V 40 m pouze 9 minut. Rozd\u00edl je zp\u016fsoben exponenci\u00e1ln\u00edm r\u016fstem parci\u00e1ln\u00edho tlaku dus\u00edku s hloubkou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rychl\u00e9 tk\u00e1\u0148ov\u00e9 kompartmenty reaguj\u00ed na kr\u00e1tk\u00fd bottom time. Pokud je v\u00e1\u0161 ponor kr\u00e1tk\u00fd (do 20 minut), saturuj\u00ed se hlavn\u011b rychl\u00e9 kompartmenty s polo\u010dasy 5\u201320 minut. Tyto se tak\u00e9 rychle desaturuj\u00ed b\u011bhem povrchov\u00e9ho intervalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomal\u00e9 kompartmenty se za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b saturovat p\u0159i del\u0161\u00edch ponorech. Ponor 45 minut za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 ovliv\u0148ovat kompartmenty s polo\u010dasy 40\u201380 minut. Tyto vy\u017eaduj\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed desaturaci. Proto po dlouh\u00e9m ponoru je povrchov\u00fd interval p\u0159ed dal\u0161\u00edm ponorem del\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dekompresn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky jsou povinn\u00e9, kdy\u017e p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00edte NDL. \u010cas a hloubka zast\u00e1vek z\u00e1vis\u00ed na tom, o kolik jste p\u0159ekro\u010dili limit a jak dlouh\u00fd byl v\u00e1\u0161 bottom time. \u010c\u00edm del\u0161\u00ed bottom time, t\u00edm del\u0161\u00ed a hlub\u0161\u00ed dekompresn\u00ed z\u00e1vazky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opakovan\u00e9 ponory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po prvn\u00edm ponoru dne obsahuj\u00ed va\u0161e tk\u00e1n\u011b v\u00edce dus\u00edku, ne\u017e p\u0159ed ponorem. Tento rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed dus\u00edk ovliv\u0148uje pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho ponoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PADI pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 syst\u00e9m tlakov\u00fdch skupin. Po prvn\u00edm ponoru v\u00e1s tabulka za\u0159ad\u00ed do tlakov\u00e9 skupiny (A a\u017e Z) podle hloubky a bottom time. Nap\u0159\u00edklad po 15 minut\u00e1ch ve 20 m jste ve skupin\u011b F. B\u011bhem povrchov\u00e9ho intervalu se skupina postupn\u011b sni\u017euje (F\u2192E\u2192D&#8230;). Kdy\u017e pl\u00e1nujete druh\u00fd ponor, va\u0161e aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed skupina ur\u010duje, kolik &#8222;rezidu\u00e1ln\u00edho \u010dasu&#8220; u\u017e m\u00e1te naakumulov\u00e1no. Tento \u010das se p\u0159i\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 k re\u00e1ln\u00e9mu bottom time druh\u00e9ho ponoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklad: Prvn\u00ed ponor 15 minut ve 20 m (skupina F). Povrchov\u00fd interval 1 hodina (p\u0159esun do skupiny D). Druh\u00fd ponor pl\u00e1nujete na 18 m. Tabulka \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee skupina D m\u00e1 rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010das 17 minut pro hloubku 18 m. Pokud chcete m\u00edt bottom time 20 minut, v\u00e1\u0161 skute\u010dn\u00fd \u010das pod vodou bude 20 minut, ale pro \u00fa\u010dely NDL to po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1te jako 20 + 17 = 37 minut. NDL pro 18 m je 56 minut, tak\u017ee m\u00e1te rezervu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edta\u010de d\u011blaj\u00ed tyto v\u00fdpo\u010dty automaticky. Pamatuj\u00ed si saturaci v\u0161ech kompartment\u016f z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch ponor\u016f. Vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed NDL na z\u00e1klad\u011b re\u00e1ln\u00e9 saturace, ne na z\u00e1klad\u011b zjednodu\u0161en\u00fdch tabulek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategie pro opakovan\u00e9 ponory doporu\u010duje d\u011blat nejhlub\u0161\u00ed ponor prvn\u00ed. Druh\u00fd ponor d\u011bl\u00e1te m\u011bl\u010d\u00ed. To minimalizuje kumulativn\u00ed saturaci a maximalizuje celkov\u00fd \u010das pod vodou. Pokud ud\u011bl\u00e1te prvn\u00ed ponor m\u011blk\u00fd a druh\u00fd hlubok\u00fd, NDL druh\u00e9ho ponoru bude zna\u010dn\u011b omezen\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Povrchov\u00fd interval del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 6 hodin v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed dus\u00edk. Po 12 hodin\u00e1ch jsou rychl\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed kompartmenty t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u00fapln\u011b desaturovan\u00e9. Po 24 hodin\u00e1ch i pomal\u00e9 kompartmenty. Proto prvn\u00ed ponor nov\u00e9ho dne je op\u011bt &#8222;\u010dist\u00fd&#8220; s pln\u00fdm NDL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00edce\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e9 ponory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradi\u010dn\u00ed tabulky p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00fd profil ponoru \u2013 okam\u017eit\u00fd sestup na maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hloubku, pobyt tam a okam\u017eit\u00fd v\u00fdstup. Re\u00e1ln\u00e9 ponory jsou obvykle v\u00edce\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e9 \u2013 sestupujete postupn\u011b, tr\u00e1v\u00edte \u010das na r\u016fzn\u00fdch hloubk\u00e1ch a postupn\u011b vystupujete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabulky jsou konzervativn\u00ed pro v\u00edce\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e9 ponory. Po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed se podle maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hloubky, jako byste tam str\u00e1vili cel\u00fd bottom time. To pl\u00fdtv\u00e1 \u010dasem.
