Obsahuj\u00ed p\u0159edpo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dasy, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete str\u00e1vit v r\u016fzn\u00fdch hloubk\u00e1ch, ani\u017e by va\u0161e t\u011blesn\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b absorbovaly nadm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed dus\u00edku. Tyto tabulky vznikly na z\u00e1klad\u011b desetilet\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu dekompresn\u00ed fyziologie a testov\u00e1n\u00ed na pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u00edch. Prvn\u00ed pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 dekompresn\u00ed tabulky vytvo\u0159il John Scott Haldane pro britsk\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159nictvo v roce 1908. Od t\u00e9 doby byly tabulky neust\u00e1le zdokonalov\u00e1ny a p\u0159izp\u016fsobov\u00e1ny r\u016fzn\u00fdm typ\u016fm pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Dnes existuj\u00ed des\u00edtky variant dekompresn\u00edch tabulek od r\u016fzn\u00fdch certifika\u010dn\u00edch agentur a n\u00e1rodn\u00edch n\u00e1mo\u0159nictev. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 m\u00edrn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fd dekompresn\u00ed model a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed faktory. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed tabulek vy\u017eaduje pozornost k detail\u016fm, p\u0159esn\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed hloubky a \u010dasu a pochopen\u00ed koncept\u016f jako rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed dus\u00edk, tlakov\u00e9 skupiny a povrchov\u00e9 intervaly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historie a v\u00fdvoj<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed systematick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k dekompresn\u00edmu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed vyvinul John Scott Haldane v roce 1908. Haldane rozd\u011blil lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo do p\u011bti hypotetick\u00fdch tk\u00e1\u0148ov\u00fdch kompartment\u016f, ka\u017ed\u00fd s vlastn\u00ed rychlost\u00ed saturace a desaturace dus\u00edkem. Vypo\u010d\u00edtal, \u017ee tk\u00e1n\u011b mohou bezpe\u010dn\u011b tolerovat ur\u010dit\u00fd gradient tlaku mezi rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm dus\u00edkem a okoln\u00edm tlakem. Tento koncept M-hodnoty (maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00fd gradient) je z\u00e1kladem v\u011bt\u0161iny modern\u00edch tabulek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haldaneovy tabulky pou\u017e\u00edvalo britsk\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159nictvo od roku 1908. Byly navr\u017eeny pro hlubok\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed ponory s dekompresn\u00edmi zast\u00e1vkami. Uk\u00e1zaly se jako p\u0159evratn\u00e9 \u2013 sn\u00ed\u017eily incidenci dekompresn\u00ed nemoci z p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 10 % na m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 1 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Americk\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159nictvo vyvinulo vlastn\u00ed tabulky v 20. a 30. letech 20. stolet\u00ed. US Navy Dive Tables pro\u0161ly \u010detn\u00fdmi revizemi. Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed verze z roku 1956 se stala standardem pro komer\u010dn\u00ed a rekrea\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed na desetilet\u00ed. Pou\u017e\u00edvaly \u0161est tk\u00e1\u0148ov\u00fdch kompartment\u016f s polo\u010dasy 5 a\u017e 120 minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PADI vyvinulo Recreational Dive Planner (RDP) v 80. letech 20. stolet\u00ed specificky pro rekrea\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Na rozd\u00edl od n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edch tabulek se RDP zam\u011b\u0159ilo na bezdekompresn\u00ed ponory do 40 m. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 konzervativn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup ne\u017e US Navy tabulky. RDP existuje ve t\u0159ech form\u00e1ch: tabulka (The Table), kolo (The Wheel) a elektronick\u00e1 verze (eRDP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fchlmann vyvinul \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00fd fyzik Albert B\u00fchlmann dekompresn\u00ed model v 60. a 70. letech 20. stolet\u00ed. Jeho model pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 16 tk\u00e1\u0148ov\u00fdch kompartment\u016f s polo\u010dasy od 4 do 635 minut. B\u00fchlmann\u016fv algoritmus ZH-L16 je dnes z\u00e1kladem mnoha pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f. Tabulky zalo\u017een\u00e9 na B\u00fchlmannovi jsou roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 v Evrop\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DCIEM (Defence and Civil Institute of Environmental Medicine) v Kanad\u011b vyvinul vlastn\u00ed tabulky s odli\u0161n\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem. M\u00edsto M-hodnot pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 koncept kritick\u00e9ho objemu bublin. DCIEM tabulky jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za velmi konzervativn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern\u00ed v\u00fdvoj pokra\u010duje. Nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumy p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed poznatky o mikrobublin\u00e1ch, individu\u00e1ln\u00ed variabilit\u011b a faktorech ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch dekompresn\u00ed riziko. Tabulky se pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b upravuj\u00ed podle nov\u00fdch dat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Struktura a komponenty tabulek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dekompresn\u00ed tabulky maj\u00ed typicky n\u011bkolik hlavn\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Pochopen\u00ed struktury je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabulka No-Decompression Limits (NDL) je j\u00e1drem syst\u00e9mu. Obsahuje \u0159\u00e1dky p\u0159edstavuj\u00edc\u00ed hloubky a sloupce p\u0159edstavuj\u00edc\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dasy. Hloubky jsou obvykle v kroc\u00edch 3 m (nap\u0159\u00edklad 12 m, 15 m, 18 m atd.). \u010casy ud\u00e1vaj\u00ed, kolik minut m\u016f\u017eete str\u00e1vit v dan\u00e9 hloubce bez dekompresn\u00edch zast\u00e1vek. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 bu\u0148ka obsahuje tak\u00e9 p\u00edsmeno ozna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed tlakovou skupinu po tomto ponoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad PADI RDP tabulka pro 18 m hloubku ukazuje: 10 minut (skupina C), 15 minut (skupina D), 25 minut (skupina E), 30 minut (skupina F), atd. a\u017e do maxima 56 minut (skupina Z). Pokud str\u00e1v\u00edte 30 minut v 18 m, jste po ponoru ve skupin\u011b F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabulka povrchov\u00fdch interval\u016f p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u00ed tlakov\u00e9 skupiny b\u011bhem odpo\u010dinku na hladin\u011b. Nap\u0159\u00edklad skupina F po 1 hodin\u011b odpo\u010dinku se st\u00e1v\u00e1 skupinou D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabulka rezidu\u00e1ln\u00edho dus\u00edku (Residual Nitrogen Time &#8211; RNT) ud\u00e1v\u00e1, kolik &#8222;p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho \u010dasu&#8220; u\u017e m\u00e1te naakumulov\u00e1no pro druh\u00fd ponor. \u0158\u00e1dky jsou tlakov\u00e9 skupiny, sloupce hloubky dal\u0161\u00edho ponoru. Nap\u0159\u00edklad skupina D m\u00e1 pro hloubku 18 m RNT 17 minut. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 druh\u00fd ponor za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1, jako byste u\u017e str\u00e1vili 17 minut v t\u00e9to hloubce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabulka opakovan\u00fdch ponor\u016f kombinuje NDL tabulku s RNT. Adjusted No-Decompression Limit (ANDL) je NDL m\u00ednus RNT. Pro skupinu D a hloubku 18 m je NDL 56 minut a RNT 17 minut, tak\u017ee ANDL je 39 minut. To je v\u00e1\u0161 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00fd \u010das pro druh\u00fd ponor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed tabulky pro nouzov\u00e9 situace obsahuj\u00ed procedury pro p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed NDL, rychl\u00fd v\u00fdstup nebo vynech\u00e1n\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky. Tyto tabulky popisuj\u00ed, jak minimalizovat riziko dekompresn\u00ed nemoci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravidla a instrukce tvo\u0159\u00ed textovou \u010d\u00e1st. Vysv\u011btluj\u00ed definice, postupy zaokrouhlov\u00e1n\u00ed, bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed pozn\u00e1mky a omezen\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed tabulek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principy pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed dekompresn\u00edch tabulek vy\u017eaduje p\u0159esnost a pe\u010dlivost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed ponorem pl\u00e1nujete maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hloubku a \u010das. Najdete p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou hloubku v tabulce. Pokud pl\u00e1nujete 22 m, zaokrouhl\u00edte nahoru na 25 m (tabulky neobsahuj\u00ed v\u0161echny hloubky, v\u017edy zaokrouhlujte nahoru). Zkontrolujete NDL pro tuto hloubku. Pro 25 m je to typicky 29 minut. Napl\u00e1nujete ponor na krat\u0161\u00ed dobu, nap\u0159\u00edklad 20 minut, abyste m\u011bli rezervu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem ponoru sledujete maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed dosa\u017eenou hloubku. I kr\u00e1tk\u00fd v\u00fdlet o 3 m hloub\u011bji vy\u017eaduje pou\u017eit\u00ed t\u00e9to hlub\u0161\u00ed hodnoty pro cel\u00fd ponor. M\u011b\u0159\u00edte \u010das od opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hladiny do za\u010d\u00e1tku v\u00fdstupu. Nezapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1te bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed zast\u00e1vku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po ponoru najdete ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 bu\u0148ce tabulky p\u00edsmeno tlakov\u00e9 skupiny. Zap\u00ed\u0161ete si ji do logbooku spolu s \u010dasem ukon\u010den\u00ed ponoru. Pot\u0159ebujete ji pro pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho ponoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro opakovan\u00fd ponor m\u011b\u0159\u00edte povrchov\u00fd interval \u2013 \u010das mezi v\u00fdstupem z prvn\u00edho ponoru a sestupem do druh\u00e9ho. Pou\u017eijete tabulku povrchov\u00fdch interval\u016f. Najdete va\u0161i po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed skupinu a \u010das odpo\u010dinku. V\u00fdsledkem je nov\u00e1 skupina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pl\u00e1nujete druh\u00fd ponor na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed hloubku. V tabulce RNT najdete, kolik rezidu\u00e1ln\u00edho \u010dasu m\u00e1te. Ode\u010dtete ho od NDL. V\u00fdsledek je v\u00e1\u0161 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010das pro druh\u00fd ponor. Nap\u0159\u00edklad prvn\u00ed ponor 18 m \/ 30 minut (skupina F). Odpo\u010dinek 1 hodina (skupina D). Druh\u00fd ponor 18 m: RNT je 17 minut, NDL je 56 minut, ANDL je 39 minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011bhem druh\u00e9ho ponoru m\u011b\u0159\u00edte skute\u010dn\u00fd \u010das. P\u0159i\u010dtete k n\u011bmu RNT. Toto je v\u00e1\u0161 total bottom time (TBT). Pou\u017eijete ho pro ur\u010den\u00ed nov\u00e9 tlakov\u00e9 skupiny po druh\u00e9m ponoru. V na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edkladu: druh\u00fd ponor trval 25 minut, RNT bylo 17 minut, TBT je 42 minut. Podle tabulky 18 m \/ 42 minut spad\u00e1 do skupiny I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u0159i nebo v\u00edce ponor\u016f za den se po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed postupn\u011b. Ka\u017ed\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed ponor za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 s tlakovou skupinou z p\u0159edchoz\u00edho. Pro \u010dtvrt\u00fd nebo p\u00e1t\u00fd ponor se riziko kumuluje. PADI tabulky jsou optimalizov\u00e1ny pro ponory do 40 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SSI pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed tabulky velmi podobn\u00e9 PADI, ale s m\u00edrn\u00fdmi rozd\u00edly v n\u011bkter\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch. Nap\u0159\u00edklad SSI d\u00e1v\u00e1 pro 30 m NDL 25 minut, zat\u00edmco PADI pouze 20 minut. Tento rozd\u00edl odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed faktory zabudovan\u00e9 v algoritmech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>US Navy Dive Tables jsou standardem pro vojensk\u00e9 a komer\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Jsou m\u00e9n\u011b konzervativn\u00ed ne\u017e rekrea\u010dn\u00ed tabulky. Umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed NDL \u010dasy, ale vy\u017eaduj\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed postup\u016f. US Navy tabulky pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed i hlubok\u00e9 dekompresn\u00ed ponory a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed plynov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CMAS (Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Mondiale des Activit\u00e9s Subaquatiques) pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 evropsk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup. Tabulky jsou zalo\u017eeny na v\u00fdzkumu r\u016fzn\u00fdch evropsk\u00fdch instituc\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 tabulka p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 specifickou definici \u010dasu na dn\u011b, rychlost v\u00fdstupu a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed postupy.
